DemandToDeal provides software and automation tools designed to help businesses manage inquiries, communications, appointments, follow-up and related customer relationship activities.
Age requirement
DemandToDeal is intended for users who are at least 18 years old. By creating an account, submitting information through our services or otherwise using DemandToDeal, you represent that you are at least 18 years of age and have the legal capacity to agree to these Terms. We do not knowingly offer the service for use by children under 18.
Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account, providing accurate business information and ensuring that your use of the service complies with applicable laws, carrier rules and third-party requirements.
SMS program
If you choose to opt in to text messages from DemandToDeal, you may receive messages consistent with the consent you provided, such as requested information, follow-up, service notifications, appointment communications or promotional messages.
